My journey into high-performance leadership coaching began as a personal quest for balance and resolution.
At twenty-four, I took a pivotal step by joining a recovery group to confront and address personal challenges. This initiation marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to personal growth and understanding. Over the years, I have embraced a diverse array of therapeutic practices, including psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mindfulness, psychodrama, constellation and family systems theory, archetypal psychology, and various group and one-on-one reflective practices.
My dedication to self-improvement and empowering others led me, at twenty-eight, to co-found the UK branch of The Mankind Project, an organization that has since grown into a global phenomenon. The Mankind Project empowers men worldwide to achieve their full potential. I was the youngest person to become a globally certified training leader within the Mankind Project.
In addition to my work with The Mankind Project, I am an associate and certified Mythodrama Practitioner with Olivier Mythodrama, a globally recognized leadership development organization. I am also an internationally certified senior Archetypes at Work coach. Additionally, I am a founding director of the training company Cordis Associates.
My journey has been enriched by the mentorship of remarkable individuals, including my first mentor, who later served in Nelson Mandela's government. I firmly believe that "what's in the way is the way," a principle that guides my coaching philosophy and supports others in creating exciting new futures once only imagined. My professional development has been deeply influenced by my direct engagement with luminaries in the Jungian world, such as James Hillman, Robert Moore, and James Hollis.
